Patrick Lane was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the process. He answered every phone call and text. He was patient with us and went out of his way to help us. We would recommend him to anyone looking for a loan.
Professional, extremely knowledgeable
The whole process was quick. Preston Kemp was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and ready to get me refinanced. The refinancing was very easy (everything was done on line except for the closing). Mr. Kemp took the time to explain all of my options, and actually provided me with options I hadn’t thought of (paid off my car). I’m only paying $200 more a month on a 15 year note than I was on a 30 year note (saved me about $600 a month). I would recommend this company and Mr. Kemp to anyone.
Sincere and down to earth
I just wanted to share with you my experience with Jon Kreinhagen. I had gone through about 2 lenders with no luck on obtaining a refinance. The others were asking for money even before I could apply for refinance. Jon took the time to explain to me the process of refinancing and was so knowledgeable. He was sincere and down to earth to work with, it was like I knew him for years. The loan process happened very fast. I was so excited that Jon was able to get me my 15yr instead of the 30 I had previously. I was so glad that Jon was my Loan officer. He is a great guy and you should be so fortunate that he is working at Royal United. I will be referring everyone to go with this company and Jon. Thanks to the Royal United team!
Very upfront
So glad that I talked with Chris Schultz. He did an awesome job and was so helpful. I really appreciate all his help and all the times he contacted me to keep me updated on what was going on. Everyone I worked with during this process was very upfront with everything and explained everything to me and I sure appreciated it and I wouldn’t hesitate to do this all over again.
Smooth and effortless
I placed an inquiry on Lending Tree and was contacted by several lenders. I chose Royal United because if felt most comfortable with Jason Adamowicz, their loan officer. He made the process smooth and effortless. He was very forthcoming in preparing several loan options to help choose the one the best met our needs. Jason was very professional and very articulate in letting us know how to gather, prepare, and send the required documents in. I would highly recommend this company to others that are seeking to refinance. He is a definite asset to your company!
