I was very happy with my experience with Royal United. My loan officer Arias Brown was professional and friendly. He took his time to make sure I understood each step of the process. Kind, thorough and efficient
Jon Kreinhagen was extremely kind, patient and informative throughout the loan process. He always responded as quickly as possible to any questions or worries I had…….I was quite nervous about it all and he was always helpful. Other companies’ agents were sometimes condescending, or curt, and certainly heavy handed. None of that with Jon—he has been outstanding. I also want to thank Teresa Upperman for all her help. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the marketplace and his competitors. His availability and timeliness was impeccable. I was very skeptical at first to even give Royal United Mortgage LLC a call but after investigating this company up and making the call I can say that it was a awesome experience I had with Royal United Mortgage LLC. I’m super excited we made the call and learned how quickly life can change for the better for my family. Easy and painless
Julia D. was incredibly helpful and very pleasant to work with. She made the refinance process so easy and painless. I would recommend anyone to work with her. I was even able contact her on a weekend when I had a question, and she was with me every step of the way.
