I want to thank our loan advisor Patrick Lane at royal united mortgage for assisting us through our loan process from the type of loan that best suited our needs to and after the closing. His professionalism and his courtesy in dealing with us was top shelf. My wife and I are in our 70’s. It’s a breath of fresh air to do business with the younger generation such as Patrick in this day and time.

Chris Schultz, loan agent, was very polite and timely followed through on all issues. He explained every detail with accuracy and effectiveness. Mr. Schultz is an asset to Royal United Mortgage LLC and has amazing abilities.

Derrick Thomas was not only a pleasure to work with, he was also very efficient. The process was much faster and simpler then I could have imaged. I will definitely recommend. Derrick to any that is looking to finance a home.

Great company!!
Just a few words on the awesome job Tim Mestrich did in handling our re-fi home equity process. I was told by another lending company I would have to wait a year before I could get a loan because of one late mortgage payment I had on my credit. I took another shot at it with Tim at Royal and he said that he could get something done. I was skeptical but went ahead with process anyway thinking I had nothing to lose. As we progressed at a fairly rapid pace, I continued to ask Tim, “So what are the chances of us actually getting a loan?” He assured me that yes it was going to happen and that we had nothing to worry about. To our joy and disbelief all was approved and the deal was done in what seemed like a couple weeks. Tim was by far the best loan/mortgage person I’ve ever dealt with. Great company!!
A candle in the dark
Dear R.U.M staff and management, my wife and I will always recall our chance phone meeting of Caitlin Thorsen! We both had to smile during our proposed application to re-Finance! As our situation turned out, we are the owners of a manufactured mobile home so we could not qualify! But to our amazement, this young and newly married woman named Caitlin, worked for us and her company with the grace and confidence of a Quality person! We could not refinance because of our situation , not hers! We will always remember her as a candle in the dark because she made your company shine! Thank All of you for the good experience ! Do not ever cave to ugliness any of you! We keep your company phone number handy so anybody who mentions re- finance, you are automatically suggested as the company!

Very pleasant experience
Very pleasant experience with Royal United Mortgage LLC. Tim was one of the best representatives that I have had the pleasure of dealing with. He helped clear up any kind of fears I’ve had with this process by explaining things in a way that someone, like myself, that does not look at numbers like this everyday could understand. We went over multiple different options and built things around what I was looking for. I felt as if I was taking control over how much I would pay a month instead of someone telling me what to pay. I think the hardest part of this entire experience was narrowing down the options I had with my mortgage!! I would recommend Royal United Mortgage LLC and Tim to everyone!
