I would like to thank Tim Lecklider and his staff for all the hard work to make our refinance happen.  All the information was clear and easy to follow and they had to help with the fact that my wife is handicapped. Brock Symon did an excellent job for us in refinancing our home! He handled everything professionally and with great attention to the details. Meredith Upchurch, as a part of the Royal United Team, was very good at her job in the process. Katy (I wish I had her last name) got the process started off greatly. Above and beyond

Brian Daley was always on top of things and was great to work with. He gave me his cell phone number and was happy to answer my call and answer my questions no matter what time it was. I think highly of him for doing everything in his power to get my loan closed as soon as he could.  There were a few bumps along the way that delayed things but it was with a company they hire so that was completely out of his hands. All in all I would highly recommend him to everyone.  Not very often now a days do you find someone that goes above and beyond when you dealing with people in the bank industry. Thanks again GUY! 🙂
