I want to thank MATT MATHENY for helping me purchase my first house! He was able to get my loan closed WAY faster than we thought was even possible. I Can’t Thank Brian Daley & Royal United Mortgage LLC Enough

I took a year off from work in 2014 and was back to work only 2 months; therefore, the only loan I could find was with a private lender with a “whopping 8.00% interest.” On top of that, I was waiting for my job to transfer states when trying to refinance which was virtually an impossible task since I had just bought a new home. Brian Daley called me about my online refinancing request and worked very hard on my refi loan from the very start to the very end. He didn’t give up when the underwriter denied my refi the first time…he was able to convince the underwriter to approve my loan. This refinance process has helped to bring my mortgage interest rate down to almost half of my original interest rate. I can’t say thank you enough Brian for going above and beyond your duty which has helped me save on my interest rate. I am now feeling so much relief to be able to save on my monthly mortgage, and the anxiety/depression I felt about being stuck in a highway robbery mortgage rate is gone from my life. Thank you Brian Daley. I highly recommend Brian and Royal United Mortgage LLC for being able to accomplish refinancing a virtually impossible situation. If they can handle my situation, they can handle any type of difficult situation to make refinancing possible.

What can I say about my experience with Royal United Mortgage LLC?  Outstanding!  From start to finish, my needs were met with professionalism, courtesy, and respect. Timothy Dossman, you absolutely ROCK!  Tim walked me through the process every step of the way which literally took any anxiety I had away.  He just had this honest spirit about him.  I work in the office with 3 other nurses and I have expressed to them on several occasions that if they have any mortgage needs, Royal United Mortgage LLC is the company to go with.  This process has been so smooth, and I will eternally be grateful.  Thanks again Tim for all of your help.  May the Good Lord continue to bless you!!

Strongly Recommend Royal United Mortgage LLC

I would strongly recommend Royal United Mortgage LLC.  Ours was a long, drawn out process and we thought at a few points that things would fall through, but with the help of Matt Moore and Jonathan Hahn we were able to close on a refinance loan that would fit our circumstances.  Just be open to their suggestions to see if something will work for you as an individual.  Matt and Jon were very professional and pleasant in dealing with us.  Thanks for your help during this tedious process.

After shopping around and researching various mortgage companies I decided to use Royal United and I am glad I did. I had the opportunity to work with Bill Evard and he was very helpful and answered any questions I had and made his self readily available if I needed something. The process was quicker and easier than I imagined it would be.
