Thanks For All You Did For My Family

I want to thank Patrick Lane and Hailey Cook for being so dedicated and helpful during my loan process. Patrick called me almost everyday to give me updates as to the progress of my loan application. After dealing with another company, who has my mortgage loan now, who was not very helpful to me on trying to refinance my loan, it left me with a bad taste. But, after dealing with Royal United’s Patrick and Hailey, I could not be more pleased and happy. Not only did Patrick listen to what I was trying to do, he came up with several solutions and options for me to choose from. Easiest Mortgage in My 60+ Years

Mr. Patrick Lane and Royal United Mortgage did an excellent job with my home and rental property refi .  Mr. Lane listened to my request to shorten the years on my mortgages and came up with a plan that shortened them by 9 years with no increase in the  monthly payments. He efficiently arranged for the appraisal, organized everything for a smooth closing  even though we experienced horrible weather.  He was always  available and answered  all my questions thoroughly. I have been through 7 mortgages in my 60+ years, and this one by far as been the easiest. I would recommend Mr. Lane and United Mortgage to anyone seeking to purchase  a home  or business.
