The loan process was easy and nonthreatening for someone like me who gets overwhelmed easily with the details of financial matters.  Additionally, I cannot thank Timothy Apple enough for his professionalism and patience.   By combining my mortgage and credit debt into one manageable amount, my anxiety about getting it all paid down is gone.  I can now manage it and feel back in control.  Thank you!!
