This was my first time doing any of this so I was completely clueless at what I was doing but Patrick was just great. He was patient and understanding and answered every stupid little question without making me feel stupid. Everyone was nice and helpful but I would give Patrick a five star.
Thankful For The Prompt Response
Brad Atkinson was very helpful, knowledgeable and dubious in handling my refinancing of my mortgage. He helped me get my previous interest rate cut in half. He also kept me well informed on the progress of my loan application. This meant a great deal to me as my original mortgage closing was an absolute nightmare and full of surprises. This entire process has been handled to perfection and I could not ask any more from this company, Royal United. I am thankful that Brad contacted me so quickly and went right to work.
Very Pleasant Experience
From the beginning to my closing I had access to Tiffany Russell for any questions I had. She was eager to help no matter how silly my inquiry might have been. She always made herself available. She also spoke with my daughter regarding my refinancing as she had worked in the mortgage department for Wells Fargo for years. All of her questions were satisfied and she gave me the okay to proceed. I was very glad that Tiffany was willing to do this without hesitation. I am glad that we were able to get the whole process done in a timely manner and my stress was relieved so soon. It has been a pleasant experience. I would recommend Royal United Mortgage for anyone looking to refinance in a short period of time. Although my percentage rate increased a bit, my payment went down so I have more money each month to work with. Thank you for everything you have done regarding this refinance.
Couldn’t Have Asked For Better Experience
It was a great experience thanks to our loan agent Andrew Adams. Always responded promptly to any questions I had and closed the loan in an amazingly short time. Re-fi has allowed us to update all the appliances in our home and our payments are lower. Couldn’t ask for more. Thank you!
