Ms. Leah Spring was able to convince me by her first call that she would be open and honest about the entire process, thus taking our business from one of your competitors.  The paperwork provided was also easy to read and evaluate, and again quite accurate.  As with most of your clients I agree the fees are high, but for the quickness and ease of this process, I guess it is worth it.  Until the end Leah Spring was an utmost professional and I would recommend her to people I know.  I must also thank Jim Anderson (Notary), Christa Booth (Loan Processor), Doran Lee (Loan Processor), and Hubert Rurarks (Appraisor) for their professionalism and hard work in getting this loan processed expediently.  Thanks for the great teamwork!

Loan Advisor Was Courteous and Knowledgeable

I needed to write and  let everyone know what a great experience my husband and I have had with Royal United Mortgage particularly Tim Mestrich. He was our very thorough loan officer. He made frequent calls updating us as to what was taking place in the loan process. He let us know when someone  else would be calling to verify information or tell us what else we needed to provide. It has been a very smooth process. I cannot stress enough how courteous and knowledgeable Tim was and all the people that I talked to. Tim was very patient and polite each time we talked and answered ALL my questions in detail even when I had to call him back because I had forgotten to ask a question.  We got a fantastic interest rate also. I highly recommend Tim Mestrich and his team at Royal United Mortgage.

Very Pleased With Our Experience
