Sincere thanks to Kenneth Andresen for moving me through a refinance task so smoothly and painlessly. I am older and not that computer savvy and Ken was extremely patient and kind to keep pointing me in the right direction to click on what was needed. All steps in the entire process went as scheduled and promised.  Kenneth was even so kind as to call asking if I needed any additional assistance. In this day and age it is very scary to give out all your personal data that is needed for this process to someone over the phone and Kenneth handled it very professionally and answered all my (repeated) questions. I recommend Royal United Mortgage (in particular Kenneth Andresen) to anyone even just needing answers as Kenneth did not  pressure me or make unnecessary calls to me. Helpful, Knowledgeable and Dedicated

My experience with Royal United Mortgage and with my loan advisor Steve Holloway was awesome.  Dealing with the VA was at times was frustrating, but Steve made it very workable.  Steve was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and dedicated to getting me through this whole process.  Steve always answered my emails the same day, and returned my phone calls the very same day.  I would highly recommend Steve Holloway and Royal United Mortgage for your financial needs.

Exemplary Customer Service

I had the distinct pleasure of working with Alison Levar, who was clearly outstanding throughout the entire process. She exhibited exemplary customer service, was highly communicative and made the experience extremely pleasurable displaying a very positive demeanor. Alison made the whole process “painless” and I cannot honestly say that has been my past experience with other lenders and their representatives. She was very thorough and customer oriented always ensuring I was well informed from beginning to end.  She exhibits the level of service that lenders and their representatives should “strive to emulate”.

Could Not Be Happier

I would start out saying that in this day and age it is very difficult to pick a service online and get lucky to pick a service that is safe.  But I was just that, lucky, when I contacted Royal United Mortgage and first began speaking to Mr. Patrick Lane.  After speaking for Mr. Lane just a few minutes I was very impressed with his knowledge on Refinancing a Mortgage.  The more we spoke I was more and more convinced that I would like to do business with Royal United Mortgage.  Mr. Lane was not only knowledgeable but polite, understanding, and was able to answer every question me or my daughter were asking.  I was totally comfortable dealing with Mr. Lane.  At different times I had a question or two for Patrick.  Mr. Lane did not hesitate to supply an answer if he had one and if he wasn’t sure of a question he checked on an answer and got back to me immediately something that is unheard of these days.  I will recommend Royal United Mortgage to anyone I know looking for a Mortgage or Refinancing and I will be sure to ask them to ask for Mr. Patrick Lane.  I could not be happier with my entire experience with R.U.M. and Patrick Lane.  I would like to Thank Mr. Lane and everyone at Royal United Mortgage for the Great service given to me and am delighted R.
