We just finished our closing and I have to say this was the best experience I’ve had, we refinanced before with another lender and I will tell you this, Royal United Mortgage is tops in my book. I just want you to be aware of my dealings with your assistant VP, Richard Salazar and the team who handled my loan processing. They were highly professional, took time to walk a non-savvy tech person through the online application process, thoroughly explained every step, answered every question I had and bent over backwards to get the loan closed. Richard called me daily and even took time on his vacation to give me updates on the status and approval. Customer service is rare in this day and age but they exceeded my expectations and were outstanding. I cannot recommend them highly enough to your prospective customers.
