Jon Kreinhagen was extremely kind, patient and informative throughout the loan process.  He always responded as quickly as possible to any questions or worries I had…….I was quite nervous about it all and he was always helpful.   Other companies’ agents were sometimes condescending, or curt, and certainly heavy handed.  None of that with Jon—he has been outstanding.  I also want to thank Teresa Upperman for all her help.  She was kind, thorough and efficient.  Thank you all for making my refinance a smooth and easy process, and addressing any of my concerns promptly, thoroughly and with complete respect!  Thank you!
