A big THANK you to Royal United Mortgage and mainly my loan officer Rich Salazar.  Rich  was amazing! He is someone who cares about his clients; it is not just a job to him. He was available all hours of the day to assist with questions and concerns that I had. He explained thoroughly every step of the way . He was personable and efficient.  My real estate agent, seller’s agent, title company, co-workers, and  family all could not believe how fast he works and how efficient he is. I have recommended him to others and my real estate agent has already started referring him as well. I will always deal with him. I am so happy that my brother referred me to Rich!
