Dear R.U.M staff and management, my wife and I will always recall our chance phone meeting of Caitlin Thorsen! We both had to smile during our proposed application to re-Finance!  As our situation turned out, we are the owners of a manufactured mobile home so we could not qualify!  But to our amazement, this young and newly married woman named Caitlin, worked for us and her company with the grace and confidence of a Quality person!
