This week we are taking a look back on our 2018 partnership with Lincoln Apartments. Lincoln Apartments is a non-profit apartment community offering permanent, supportive housing for homeless and disabled veterans in Central Indiana. Their on-site case management staff provide reintegration support services, striving to meet the needs and complex problems that homeless veterans may face by networking with community organizations and local resources.
