Education:  It’s the best way any potential borrower can help themselves before either purchasing or refinancing a home. One of the main areas where people are not fully educated is in regard to the advertisements that they see, hear, or read. The million dollar question you may ask yourself is, “Are these ads legit or are they just pulling my leg?”

Once again our team in Schaumburg rolled up their sleeves to package meals for malnourished children across the globe. Royal United Mortgage LLC finds gratification in supplying volunteer laborers to our charity partner Feed My Starving Children (FMSC). This donation of labor is spent directly on packing food to feed those in need.

For the 2nd year in a row, Royal United Mortgage LLC employees participated in the Tough Mudder event. This year the event took place on June 27th in Sparta, KY and our team included 16 employees from both our Indy and Schaumburg offices. Our team joined over 7,000 individuals who ran it and conquered the obstacles!

Running or walking 3.17 miles might not sound like everyone’s favorite activity but on June 18th Royal United Mortgage LLC employees volunteered and ran in the first in a series of 5Ks benefiting local charities.

The most important thing about my career as a Loan Advisor is listening actively so I can help others. I ask essential questions about each client’s individual situation and listen actively to their answers. This helps me understand exactly what they want to do or are hoping to accomplish with a home loan or refinance.

Last night I had to stop on my way home from work to fill up on gasoline in these sub-arctic temperatures we are experiencing in the Midwest. As I sprinted to and from my vehicle (to minimize my exposure to the bone chilling temperatures) I took comfort in the reduced gasoline prices our country is currently experiencing.
