Julia D. was incredibly helpful and very pleasant to work with.  She made the refinance process so easy and painless.  I would recommend anyone to work with her.  I was even able contact her on a weekend when I had a question, and she was with me every step of the way.  I was with her from start to finish and was never transferred to someone else without her being directly involved.  I can’t say enough about Julia and the great experience.
